You all can only imagine how busy I have been! WOW.. with two kids, I am barely alive! To sum up the last couple months:
- Ava was born! She is so sweet and has already grown so much! For about the first 6 weeks, Ava hardly cried.. but believe me, she learned how! She gets a little fussy here and there BUT there are smiles and kisses everywhere! What a cutie we have been extremely blessed with! I remember being nervous about having a girl, but now I am just thankful. I am thankful for her great health, her beauty, and her smile. If you hadn't noticed, Ava has a birthmark on her left eye. This birthmark is to distinguish her from other cute babies. When she is mad, the mark gets even more red.. interesting. Ava is starting to giggle... WATCH the video!!
- Alex started preschool! I can't believe how much he has already grown! His teacher is absolutely great! He's been doing well this his numbers, letters, and shapes! He plays well with the other kids, but barely started enjoy sitting in his spot at circle time. He used to just walk around while his class sang and read books. Now he sings louder than all the other kids! :) He has been fully potty trained for quite a while and has not regressed (I've heard some children do when they get a sibling.. yikes!) He sure knows how to carry a conversation and can say the silliest things. He will also be starting soccer in the next week or so which is super exciting!
-Andy has been kickin butt at finishing school! He will be done with some of his certificates sooner than he thought. Officially, he will be done at the end of spring.. but, 90% done by the end of December!
-As for me, I have been trying my hardest to get this kids on a decent schedule! I try making sure they get enough alone and play time with Mom and with each other! This is a hard job, but very rewarding! I am nervous about looking around for a job because my Ava is still so small, but will be checking out what Utah County has to offer.
This Halloween season has been very fun! We went to about 5 parties and are totally done with the spooky holiday! We have the hugest bucket of candy (Boohoo for me because I have been excercising and need to stay away from that junk!)
Well now that St. Hollow's Eve is over.... THANKSGIVING, HERE WE COME! 3 weeks from today we are (in Alex's words) "Flying in a big airplane, I am probably going to sit by the window to see the white clouds.. to IRGINIA" :)

Finally
Here's Alex my little guy that asked me to pull the cam out and take a pic of him! He's too cute!
We went to Lagoon last week.. the boys had so much fun on all of the rides! Although I wasn't able to ride too many rides, it was nice to see how much fun they had!

April showers will be May flowers
It's hard to be the romantic type, but I tried. I thought Andy would like a fruit bouquet. Turns out that we had too much fruit and we even had to stop by Chuck and Jenny's to drop some off on our way home from TGIFridays! Andy, Alex, and I enjoyed chomping the rest of it down though!
This month also gave me a new schedule! It seems like with my new schedule at school (going nine hours a day and no work) has actually been one of the greatest things that has happened recently. I don't feel so much worn out and we've been able to fit more family time in the mix. This next pic is of Charlie (Andy's dad) wrestling Alex. Man did it go on forever! They had so much fun!
Along with the new schedule, it seems like Andy has had more time in his newly fixed airplane. Alex hates to see his daddy leave sometimes but he says "when Alex grow up, fly in daddys baby airplane?" It's pretty cute to see him understand a little more of everything everyday.
There is one day out of the week that I am able to spend all day with Alex. That is the same day that Andy gets off work a little early. I am scheduled to go to school full time, until I graduate, into July... We thought it would be a great idea to go to the zoo when its not too hot! (it was about 75 degrees, not too shabby!)Last summer we saw a line to see this white croc- The line was estimated to be over 1 1/2 hours! When we went, we walked in and out.. and even went twice. There's glass behind Alex, but even as scared as he looks right here he wanted to be by that window forever!

A lot of the animals were either eating or sleeping when we went to the zoo! Out of all the room this leopard had, he wanted to rest by the small window that people could look for to find him! Alex tapped on the glass and was like "Wake up dude!"The tiger at the zoo was also asleep, and also further away than we could take a good look at him. Alex was pretty bummed, but was better after he found out he could ride on the fake one!

The zoo was super fun! Alex really enjoyed all of the animals! When we got done looking at the animals, we played at the zoos' park, which was really cool also! Alex saw a boy sit on this spider after he did- the boy said "you better move this spider wants to eat you for dinner!" Then Alex went around telling the other kids "the spider will eat you for dinner!" Silly Alex!

Things are great! Drop us a line sometimes, we would love to catch up with some of you guys!

Easter

I believe that next day we headed off to Las Vegas to spend the rest of the holiday with the family! We got to see Alex's cousin, Lilia. Isn't she just as super cute as Alex? They got to spend some of the day at the park and had lots of fun together!

We spent a lot of Easter weekend at my Mom's house. Because that was literally the smallest weekend trip ever- I was extremely tired! I barely made it downstairs to watch Andy and Alex search for easter eggs. Andy totally hid some of the eggs and totally helped Alex find all of his eggs! :) And for memborable moments.. this is how happy we were:

Oh man it's exciting!
Andy the news of Christmas eve and was really emotional and super excited at the same time! Since then I've mentioned to Alex about the baby growing in Mommy's tummy and how we can't wrestle too hard! He looks a little confused but then we will conversate about the baby for a minute. He seriously talks about having a 'baby sister... a baby girrrl!' YIKES! (Andy and I are calling #2, 'him' so hopefully we won't be dissapointed!
